Castaic Lake RV Park is where we stayed for the next 4 days. It’s located just 37 miles outside of Los Angeles, California.
This campground has full hook-up 30/50 amp electrical, concrete pads, swimming pool with spa . This is a large RV park with approximately 3/4 of the spots reserved for full-time residents.
The downtown area is a Semi-truckers rest stop and dining route. During our stay, even the traffic turn lanes in the center of the street on the main road through town was a makeshift parking lot.
Other than visiting some of the restaurants, using the pool, and taking Gus for walks, we used this time as downtime.
