We are Rick and Faith, we want to welcome you to our blog. The idea behind our blog is to document our travels and to keep our friends and family updated.
Rick and I both love to travel. We’ve been talking about moving to Panama after we both retire. We had an idea, let’s drive the Pan-American highway to Panama. What an adventure that would be.
Now that we both are retired. It was time to put the idea into action. There was a lot to do to get ready. We needed to get our motorhome ready for a long journey and get our paperwork ready for border crossings. In July 2021, our house and belongings were sold and we moved into our Class A motorhome full-time with our dog Gus. Gus is an 11-year-old Healer mix.
We decided to visit Baja California and Baja Sur for the first 6 months before traveling mainland Mexico and through Central America.
